The cork rubber substrate has 3 times higher density compared to the cork substrate, which allows it to cut out both airborne sounds and impact-emitted sounds at a high level.
It has high density and flexibility, but also high pressure and tensile strength. Therefore, the cork rubber substrate can be used for all kinds of surfaces in order to provide shock and vibration control. It is often used under screed and under parquet. it is produced in thicknesses of 2~10mm. Thanks to its special formula, it adheres easily and this makes it easy to apply. It is a sustainable material as it is produced using recycled rubber and cork materials. There are varieties available in flat and egg forms.
